Sixteen cakes, nine frostings, and one rule
People sometimes ask which frosting "goes with" which cake, as though there's a right answer written down somewhere.
There isn't. Pick what sounds good.
The cakes
Vanilla · Chocolate · Marble · Strawberry · Lemon · Cherry · White Sour Cream Almond · Carrot · Pumpkin · Red Velvet · German Chocolate · Brownie Cake · Confetti · Oreo
And two that I only do as cupcakes: Cappuccino and Reese's Peanut Butter.
The frostings
Vanilla Buttercream · Almond Buttercream · Peanut Butter Buttercream · Cream Cheese · Lemon Cream Cheese · Strawberry Buttercream · Chocolate Buttercream · German Chocolate · Cappuccino (cupcakes)
Mix them however you like
That's sixteen cakes and nine frostings, and you can put any of them together. Lemon cake with cream cheese. Chocolate with peanut butter buttercream. Carrot with almond, if that's your thing.
Nobody is going to stop you, least of all me.
A few flavors do cost a little more, depending on what the ingredients run that month. I'll tell you when I quote it — no surprises at pickup.
The one rule
If you don't see what you want, ask me.
I'm always adding flavors, and I'm usually game to try something new. Some of what's on that list started as somebody's request for their kid's birthday.
The list isn't a menu I'm defending. It's just what I've made enough times to know it turns out well.

Tell me the date and roughly how many you're feeding, and I'll get you a price the same day.
